COL-204 for Wake Promotion
Our lead candidate from the conjugated stigmine platform, COL-204, has demonstrated positive wake promoting effects in animal models without the side effects that limit the use of the currently approved therapies, including rebound hypersomnolence and abuse liability. We expect to advance COL-204 into Phase I clinical development. This platform has generated further development candidates with potential in other CNS disorders, including chronic pain, Alzheimer’s disease and psychiatric disorders.
