Tim C. Gupton, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
Tim C. Gupton, CPA, is CoLucid's start-up Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 34 years of public accounting experience and 15 years of CFO experience. He is a partner in Hughes Pittman & Gupton, LLP, a leading Triangle CPA firm. Tim's practice centers on entrepreneurial businesses and investor-financed technology companies in the Research Triangle Park area.
Gupton received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Following his studies, he worked for KPMG for 19 years. Tim is the co-founder or start-up CFO of six biotech companies and General Partner with Research Triangle Ventures, LP. He also is the founder and president of HPG Family Office, LLC, a company providing fiduciary wealth management services for families in the Research Triangle area. Tim has served as the engagement partner and business advisor to private and public company clients ranging from start-up companies financed by private venture capital to multinational public companies.
